Luffa Sponges

Luffa:  genus of tropical and subtropical vines in the cucumber family (Cucurbitaceae). They grow on vines that average 20 feet! They love heat and hate frost. When young, they can be eaten, similar to zucchini but when left to mature, they become fibrous.

Certain sponges come from the sea, these come from seeds!
